Please review the following procedures dictating how we will utilize TeamSideline for the Ladder Leagues:
- Please visit The Woodland Township to access the Ladder League website(s). It is recommended that all participants bookmark this page for quick reference.
- Select the appropriate Ladder League tab on the top navigation panel. Court Assignments can be found in the middle of the Ladder Page(s) under ‘Court Assignments’.
- League Rules, League Roster, and sub lists (to be updated on Monday) can be found above or by emailing tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov
- Court Assignments will be posted the Friday before league play unless otherwise noted.
- Scores shall be submitted to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov upon completion of League Play.
- Men’s – Scores must be submitted prior to Noon on Wednesday.
- Women’s – Scores must be submitted prior to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
- Scores will be posted to the website for participant review Thursday afternoon.
- Any errors must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the designated deadline.
- After the designated deadline all scores will stand as recorded.
- Court assignments will be developed based on recorded scores after noon on Thursday and posted on Friday unless otherwise noted by League Coordinator.
- Any errors in court assignments must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the commencement of league play.
